Terms of Service & Compute SLA

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or integrating the TrueTales World foundation API, high-throughput simulation playground, or sovereign model weights, you enter into a binding agreement with TrueTales World, led by Founder & CEO Ramesh Serma.

2. Intellectual Property & Synthetic World Ownership

100% Commercial Ownership: All synthetic world environments, 3D coordinate meshes, physics simulation data, and cognitive narrative graphs generated by authorized users through the TrueTales World platform remain the exclusive commercial property of the user. TrueTales World claims zero copyright over user-generated synthetic worlds.

3. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Uptime

We guarantee a 99.9% uptime SLA for enterprise dedicated compute clusters and distributed inference endpoints. High-priority dispatch queues guarantee sub-20ms frame latencies for mission-critical robotic sensor simulations.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

The platform may not be used to simulate unlawful kinetic harm, unaligned autonomous cyber-weapons, non-consensual biometric deepfakes, or unauthorized intrusion into sovereign communication grids.
