TrueTales AI Cloud ("TrueTales", "we", "our") operates the cloud data platform hosted at truetalesworld.org. This Privacy Policy details how we handle information ingested, stored, and processed through our retrieval-augmented generation and developer platform.

2. Zero Foundation Model Training Policy

Customer documents, structured text, vector embeddings, and query traces processed by TrueTales are strictly utilized to execute customer-directed retrieval and reasoning operations. We do not use customer proprietary data to train public foundation models.

3. Data Security & Storage

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256. Workspaces are logically isolated with per-tenant cryptographic boundaries. When you delete files or indexes from TrueTales, they are permanently removed from our active database clusters.
